Scope of Services

This review involved an independent assessment of the cost associated with the construction of facilities required to accomplish the separation of the existing combined sewer overflow system within the City Of Atlanta. This study included the review of the four alternatives developed by CH2M Hill/TOC.

A large portion of the City of Atlanta utilizes a combined sewer system for sewer flow conveyance. Due to the age of the system and the growth of the city, problems with overflows and environmental impacts have developed. The City of Atlanta tasked the team of CH2M HILL / TOC to develop alternatives for implementing a plan for future Combined Sewer Separation Projects within the City of Atlanta.
